By purchasing from NVR LST, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all sales, services, and interactions with our business. 

Please note: These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of NVR LST products, including those who have received items as gifts, giveaways, prizes or borrowed. By using or possessing any NVR LST product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, regardless of how the product was obtained. 

NVR LST reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if a customer breaches these Terms and Conditions, 

Products supplied: 

NVR LST supplies skateboard decks, grip tape and stickers. We do not provide complete skateboards, trucks, wheels, bearings, hardware, or assembly services. 

Customers are responsible for sourcing and installing additional components required for a fully functional skateboard. 

Product Warranty: 

At NVR LST, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We take pride in delivering items that meet our high standards, and we would never knowingly supply a product that isn’t up to scratch. 

Our products are sold as-is and does not include warranty. We are not liable for any damage, defects, or wear that may occur after purchase. 

Please note that grip tape adhesion and deck durability may vary depending on environmental factors and user handling. 

Usage disclaimer: 

Skateboarding involves inherent risks. By purchasing and using NVR LST products, you accept full responsibility and accept all risks associated with their use such as but not limited to injury, damage, death, or other loss. 

NVR LST is not liable for any injury, damage, death or loss resulting from use or misuse of our products. 

Users should wear appropriate safety gear and follow local laws and guidelines. 

Suggested usage guidelines: 

NVR LST decks are built for recreational use and everyday riding, but we know some riders enjoy tricks, stunts, or high-impact terrain. NVR LST is not liable for injuries, damage or death resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow suggested guidelines. 

To ride responsibly:  

• Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards. 

• Use products only in designated skateboarding areas 

• Follow local council rules for skateboarding in public spaces 

• Inspect the skateboard before each use. Do not ride if any part is damaged or loose 

• Do not attempt tricks or stunts beyond your skill level 

• Minors should only use products under adult supervision 

These guidelines are designed to help reduce risk and promote safe, respectful riding. This disclaimer does not override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including protections related to product quality and safety. 

Pricing and payment: 

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. 

Sales policy: 

NVR LST is committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. We kindly ask that you choose carefully as all sales are final.  

All transactions are considered final upon payment. No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. 

However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) remain fully protected. Under the ACL, customers are entitled to consumer guarantees automatic rights that ensure products are: 

• Of acceptable quality 

• Fit for their intended purpose 

• Match the description provided 

If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a replacement, or refund depending on the issue. These rights cannot be excluded by any store policy, including ours.

Intellectual Property: 

NVR LST designs, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the sole property of NVR LST. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. 

Respecting our intellectual property helps preserve the authenticity that NVR LST takes pride in. 

Consequences of breach may include: 

• Issuing a formal notice to stop the misuse 

• Cancelling orders or restricting access to our services 

• Taking legal action if necessary to protect our work 

• Making a public statement to clarify and protect our brand 

Trademark Notice: 

NVR LST® is a registered trademark in Australia. All branding, products, and original artwork associated with NVR LST are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of our trademark or brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 

Artistic Imagery Disclaimer: 

Imagery used in NVR LST designs may feature elements of urban culture, including references to vaping. These visuals are artistic in nature and do not reflect endorsement or promotion of vaping or any substance use. Please also note: That despite the behaviours of our Giraffe – poop is not food. Don’t eat it. Ever.

Social Media Terms and Conditions: 

Any inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful content will be immediately removed. 

Social Media User Content Disclaimer:

By tagging NVR LST or using our branded hashtags on social media, you grant NVR LST permission to feature your tagged content including photos, videos, captions, and usernames across our channels. We always aim to showcase our community with respect and authenticity. 

Dispute Resolution: 

NVR LST aims to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us directly at nvrlst23@gmail.com so we can promptly resolve the issue. 

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussion, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation facilitated by an independent mediator, before pursuing any formal legal action.  

If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal remedies through the appropriate courts or tribunals in Australia, subject to the laws of the state or territory in which our business operates (Australian Capital Territory). 

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or your local consumer protection agency. 

Governing Law: 

NVR LST Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Australia. By engaging with our business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT for the resolution of any disputes arising under these terms. 

Changes of Terms and Conditions: 

NVR LST reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
